ACUMS appreciates the support that business partners provide to our members and our Association. We hope you can join us at our next conference hosted by the board in Rochester, NY. Hotel Reservations should be made no later than October 16th, by calling The RIT INN at 585-359-1800. Mention the ACUMS Conference when booking to receive the $119/night rate. 

 BUSINESS PARTNER CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

ACUMS will issue a full refund to members, guest or business partners who are unable to attend our conferences for any reason if we are notified at least 30 (thirty) days PRIOR to the start of the conference as posted on our home page.

To cancel your attendance, and obtain a full refund, please contact the associations treasurer via email at [email protected]. When contacting the treasurer to cancel your attendance, please include the following information:

A full refund will be issued within 30 days of the end of the conference.
